WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit card payment and PayPal payments through PayPal. Please follow the instructions at checkout.

HOW DO I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
You can pay for your order using your credit card through PayPal without having to have a PayPal account. PayPal allows you to use most credit cards.

After clicking 'Checkout' you will notice that the 'Billing and Payment' displays PayPal - don't worry, you don't need a PayPal account. After clicking "Place my order" you will be redirected to PayPal's website.

You have two options from this point forward, either to:
1.) Log into PayPal or,
2.) Pay with credit or debit card
Click on "pay with credit or debit card" and from there you can complete the order by entering your credit card details securely through PayPal without having to have a PayPal account.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?
We ship all items with Australia Post with NO TRACKING. All orders will be posted within 1-5 business days after payment has been received. Postage delivery times vary from country to country and city to city, and can also be affected by country customs or postal services.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES
In general, items bound for Australian destinations usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the postage date.

EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
Parcels sent to addresses outside of Australia can take anywhere between 2-5 weeks to arrive in your country. We have found on average that most parcels arrive in the United States within 2 weeks and Canada take 2-6 weeks.

Note: If there are any custom issues or country refusal issues with your parcel, we are unable to accept responsibility. If the parcel is returned to us from your country's customs, however, we will happily refund your money. We would recommend checking your country's custom laws before placing an order

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE COST?
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. You can choose whether to have your parcel shipped with, or without registered tracking.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN AND OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to hygiene reason, we do not accept return for earrings orders. Please choose carefully before purchase.

For other orders, we are happy to refund you the amount of the purchase (exclude shipping) once the jewellery has been returned in its original condition.
